Isabel Selistre
Isabel has a PhD in Lexicography from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS/ Brazil) and a master’s degree in Linguistics applied to Foreign Language Pedagogy from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS). She teaches English at Instituto Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (IFRS). Her main research interests are in Pedagogical Lexicography and in English Language Teaching with an emphasis on reading.
Ingrid holds a degree in Portuguese/Spanish Languages from UFRGS. She has a specialist degree in Linguistics and Portuguese Language Teaching (FURG – Brazil); a master’s degree in Español como Lengua Extranjera from the Instituto Cervantes and the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo (UIMP – Spain); and a master´s degree in Languages from UFRGS (Brazil). Currently, she is a teacher of Portuguese, Spanish, and Linguistics at the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil). Her research focuses on reading and teaching of first and foreign language, from the perspective of French Discourse Analysis.

Ingrid Caseira

Mateus Pereira
Mateus is a professor of English and Literature at Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. He holds a PhD in Comparative Literature from UFRGS and a master’s degree in English and Cultural Studies from UFSC. His current research interests include film adaptations and the use of literature and cultural elements in English Language Teaching.
